Width (Lay flat): Two inches less

* SEAMS : This scrunchy is constructed from Four pieaces of fabrics.

* I use three same fabric plus Kanoco polyester (ring dots fabric) with red silk MOMI accent.
(Momi is a kind of liner used inside of sleeves)
The main fabric seems to be Ceremonial Kimono just like Shichigo-san.
